She was born in Newcastle,Pennsylvania.She moved from there when she was a little girl, to Muskegon Michigan.She went to elementry school and later on went to West Philadelphia High.For 1 year, she attended Pierce College.Mrs.Gentry has 3 brothers and 2 sisters there names were Norman,Donald,Eddie,Vivian,and Connie.She has 6 children;3 daughters and 3 sons they're names are Dianne,Shirley,Jaquline,Keith,Steven,and Alfred.Doris has worked in numerous jobs, but the last job she worked was for the Philadelphia Eagles.My grandmother enjoys being with her family and loves to watch and hold kids.Shes a loving person and a joy to be around.Doris is very smart and honest with herself and God.
